Shipping
and Handling Terms
Please allow up to 10-12 working days to
manufacture and process your custom order.
We are a Master
Distributor of Westech®
Building Products and ship across the United States. Our
freight cost is very reasonable.
Most of our
shipping companies will call you before they deliver to set up
a date and time.
Customer
must have a representative on-site for delivery and is
responsible for unloading material off the truck.
All Shipments
are delivered on pallets and protected by ½" thick bubble
wrap, shrink wrap, and banded to the pallet.
You will need to
help unload the truck. A forklift is generally used to
offload large shipments, but the pallets can be broken open to
be offloaded by hand. (MOST
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES WILL NEED TO BE OFFLOADED BY HAND.)
Material will always be wrapped in bundles to
ensure easy off loading. The driver is only responsible
to get the order to the end of the truck. It will be
your responsibility to remove it. This only applies to
common carrier deliveries, not to UPS deliveries.
In Case of
Damaged Goods
When Husker
Vinyl, Inc. orders are shipped, they are double checked for
accuracy. Sometimes, although rare, damage may occur
during shipments. Damaged material must be noted on
Driver's Bill of Lading at the time of delivery to ensure
replacement of parts. If damage is found after the
driver has left, the trucking company must be notified and a
claim form filed. Please make any claims promptly.
Returns
Please add a restocking fee of 30% plus shipping costs on
returns.
Small Accessories
Fedex Ground available for post caps, brackets,
hardware, skirts, glue and tools ONLY. All other items must
be shipped via freight services.
